shoulder.

sheer white splattered beneath her eyes
a pounding thud left on the pavement
repeats, louder. faster.
nothing. helpless.
wails, sirens, closer.
the rain.
an audible whisper
a piercing screech
the winds howl together with her agony
another thud, louder this time
soaked under the sky
footsteps, nearing.
an excruciating grasp
streaks of water.
the rain or the tears?
a hazy view. a revolting smell.
it escaped her mouth
more murmurs
fading.the footsteps. the shoes.
the rain.
trickles down her face.
caresses her worthless body.
left to rot
on the road
at the left.
